Mini-Grant Kits
To assist middle and high school student groups in their school safety initiatives, the Youth School Safety Program provides mini-grant kits completely free! These “projects-in-a-box” include youth-friendly materials and activities that were designed by youth for youth.
To request a kit, a student group must submit an application for a project that will be youth-led with at least one adult partner. Kits must be used during the school year and project reflections must be reported by May 31 each year.

Living an alcohol and drug-free life is actually a lot of fun! If you are looking for something to help educate your peers on the harmful effects of alcohol, vaping, marijuana, and other drugs in a relatable way,these kits will work!

Digital Kits are downloadable projects with everything a student group needs to implement school safety projects at their school.

KEYS New Member Kit
Ready to join the KEYS movement? Well, look no further! The KEYS New Member Kit includes everything you need to launch your own KEYS group and start advocating for a safer, healthier school! The kit includes wristbands, stickers, temporary tattoos, and infographics to help educate your peers on school safety topics. The customizable recruiting posters and tabletop banner can help spread the word about your club.
This kit is only available for new members.
Stronger Minds, Brighter Days Kit
The Stronger Minds, Brighter Days Kit is filled with educational items to help your group lead meaningful conversations about teen mental health. The kit features items like keychains and stress balls to help promote selfcare, while the downloadable activities and The 100 Day Playbook encourage mindfulness and peer-support. With this kit, you and your youth group can become mental health advocates in your school and community, ensuring stronger minds and brighter days for everyone!
